Fourth Street Housing Co-Op – A Riverton Community

Right on top of the famous Frank and Andreas is the Fourth Street Housing Co-op. This apartment is unique to all others because it is considered a democratic cooperative where residents are all equal parts of the whole. This is seen through the resident’s ability to join the Board of Directors, which is the governing body of the community. They pride themselves on low rent due to their goal of operating at cost and raising rent just enough to cover operating expenses. The only downside, for some, is that the rooms come unfurnished. Riverton Community Housing, the management company, works directly with each location’s board of directors to make sure all needs are met! It is a place where the experience is what you make it!
